The Terrain
The Hellroaring Drainage of the Centennials has the terrain to impress any skier. Enjoy the many protected powderfields, wide open free skiing, or a high mountain tour and descent from the summit of Mt. Jefferson, 10,200 feet.

Whether you're practicing on nearby powder glades, ripping the steeps, touring through endless high mountain parks and peaks, or trying some ski mountaineering, Hellroaring Ski Adventures has it all.
We use telemark, alpine touring, snowboard*, or beefy touring gear and climbing skins to access the Hut.
* Splitboards or approach skis are highly recomended. Snowshoes have proved poor transportation in this area. Call for more info on snowboarding.
